The Standard

Issue No. 001 — Records in Publication

A quarterly journal of record for the Freedmen community, set in type and built around the records.

Colophon

The Standard is a quarterly journal published by the REIGN Media Syndicate. It reads the paperwork — court dockets, corporate filings, union rules, contract language, public records — and reports what the trail says. It is written for Freedmen creators, operators, and working professionals who want evidence, not narrative. It does not guess at intent. Where the record is silent, it says so. Where the thesis is untested, it names it as such. Four issues a year. Twenty-four pages minimum.
